I was looking for a book to teach a course on cybersecurity but could not fine one that covered all the issues I needed until this came along. The book does a great job of covering a diverse topic space. It explains complex topics with ease and summarizes difficult issues. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in the space where cybersecurity and the law overlap.
This book is not just for lawyers ... business owners and leaders of small and large organizations should take an interest. The book itself is like a primer and an insurance policy. You'll wish you know this stuff sooner. In addition to its comprehensiveness and depth, this book is a pleasure to read. How Kosseff takes some of the driest topics and makes them engaging is a true gift.
